What people usually need to know before starting a trial.
Do I have to open the app every morning?
No. The default experience is a text: no test today, or you need to test. Open the app only if you want setup, history, or settings.
Is MorningText official or government-affiliated?
No. We’re a private convenience service — not a court, probation department, or monitoring company. Always treat the hotline (and your officer’s rules) as authoritative.
What if the system can’t confirm a result?
You’ll be told to call the hotline yourself. We don’t invent a “no test” day when we can’t confirm. You’re responsible for staying compliant when automation can’t finish the job.
How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days of full access free. After that, plans are $9/month or $99/year. Cancel anytime during the trial and you won’t be charged.
Is Spanish supported?
Yes. Choose English or Español at the start. That preference follows through the app, texts, and hotline language menus when available.
How private is this?
